- 00:52 All of the 12 tribes are returning because God's Word

- 01:21 I've warned you.
- 01:22 Here's the deal, this 12-acre plot of land that Tel Aviv now
- 01:27 sits on was originally sand dunes that was purchased from
- 01:31 the Bedouins because they thought it was worthless,
- 01:33 nothing could be grown on it, but then on April 11, 1909, 66

- 02:04 Who has seen such things?
- 02:06 Shall the earth be made to give birth in one day or shall a

- 02:25 And that is exactly what God did, the nation being reborn,
- 02:31 but it was more complicated than that.
- 02:34 In fact, before World War II began, the British was tasked
- 02:39 with creating a Jewish state for 30 years with the Mandate
- 02:44 for Palestine.
- 02:45 This was given to them by the League of Nations.
- 02:47 Imagine the League of Nations, the prior United Nations, trying
- 02:51 to create a Jewish state.
- 02:52 They were all tasked to create a Transjordan Arab state out of
- 02:56 what we see today, and let's just say they weren't doing a
- 02:59 very good job.
- 03:00 Joshua: If the British had succeeded in creating the Israel
- 03:04 nation before the Holocaust, then maybe millions and millions
- 03:07 of innocent Jews's lives could have been spared.
- 03:10 Unfortunately, due to pressure from the Arabs, they backed off
- 03:14 when they needed to make a decision, and so for the next 30
- 03:17 years it was up and down, up and down disappointments.
- 03:21 Caleb: That's right, so after World War II, after the
- 03:23 Holocaust, there were still problems.
- 03:25 Let's just say before the Holocaust the Jews recognized
- 03:29 that they needed help, that they needed to go to the
- 03:32 Promised Land.
- 03:34 They even tried to get on boats to escape Nazi Germany, going
- 03:37 all the way here to Israel before the British stopped them,
- 03:40 even fired upon them, created blockades, and sent them back to
- 03:43 Germany where they were immediately captured
- 03:46 and exterminated.
- 03:47 Then you cut to after World War II and the Jews again tried to
- 03:51 immigrate to the Promised Land, but once again the British
- 03:55 wouldn't let them, they tried to stop them.
- 03:57 Even the spy agency of England, MI6, got onto the boats of these
- 04:03 immigrant Jews, placed bombs to try to destroy them and block
- 04:07 their path.
- 04:08 It's absolutely crazy, but eventually that British mandate,
- 04:13 the time expired on it, the time that they had to create the
- 04:16 state, and the day that it occurred, the Jews decided to
- 04:20 declare their independence and create their own nation without
- 04:23 anyone's help.

- 04:52 For I will give you fame and praise among all the peoples of
- 04:55 the earth, when I return your captives before your eyes,' says
- 04:59 the Lord."
- 05:00 I can't think of a more appropriate image or visual than
- 05:05 what we have behind me.
- 05:07 I know it looks like a dump, this is actually Independence
- 05:10 Hall under construction.
- 05:12 This was where Israel was declared a state again, the
- 05:16 rebirth of the nation of Israel.
- 05:18 This is "Rebuilding the Ruined Cities," guys.
- 05:21 They were actually trying to refabricate it, you know, make
- 05:23 it new, make it a place where they would have visitors come

- 05:29 October 7 happened and they haven't been able to rebuild
- 05:32 it since.
- 05:33 Joshua: But on that day right here in Independence Hall, Prime
- 05:36 Minister David Ben-Gurion approached the podium about to
- 05:41 usher out words that would literally solidify history, that
- 05:45 would literally solidify Bible prophecy for good.
- 05:48 The world waited on bated breath as he approached and said, "The
- 05:51 name of our state shall be Israel."
- 05:56 What an incredible, life-altering statement he made.
- 06:01 President Harry Truman, 11 minutes later, declared Israel
- 06:04 as a nation against the recommendation of his advisor
- 06:07 and state council.
- 06:08 President Truman was a Bible-believing Christian.
- 06:10 He memorized Scripture, he understood the importance of the
- 06:13 nation of Israel in Bible prophecy.
- 06:15 In fact, it was said of him that his greatest regret as a
- 06:18 president was waiting an entire 11 minutes to declare them as
- 06:21 a nation.
- 06:23 In fact, he declared himself to be Cyrus.
- 06:25 Caleb: Isn't that interesting, guys?
- 06:27 This is the prophetic event that shook Bible prophecy students to
- 06:31 the very core.
- 06:33 Prophetic books such as Revelation, Zechariah, Daniel,
- 06:37 Ezekiel, Isaiah, Jeremiah were all thought to be figurative,
- 06:42 symbolic, or allegory for centuries, but then when this
- 06:46 moment occurred, the fig tree blossomed.
- 06:49 Everyone realized this is real.
- 06:52 The Bible is real, prophecy is real, and should be taken
- 06:56 as literal.
- 06:57 And now we have that understanding and that
- 07:00 interpretation to look at Scripture to follow and know
- 07:04 that God will keep his word to the chosen people, and that the
- 07:08 church does not replace Israel in his covenant promises.
- 07:13 Joshua: Hashtag chosen.
- 07:18 Ezekiel 28:25 through 26, "Thus says the Lord God, 'When I have
- 07:22 gathered the house of Israel from the peoples among whom they
- 07:25 are scattered and am hallowed in them in the sight of the
- 07:29 Gentiles, then they will dwell in their own land, which I gave
- 07:33 to my servant Jacob.
- 07:34 And they will dwell safely there, build houses and
- 07:37 plant vineyards.
- 07:38 Yes, they will dwell securely when I execute judgment on all
- 07:42 those around them who despise them.
- 07:44 Then they shall know that I am the Lord their God.'"
- 07:47 Caleb: This is the great synagogue of Tel Aviv.
- 07:51 It was actually completed back in 1926, the center of all
- 07:55 Jewish life for those early communities.
- 07:58 This actually proves that there were Jewish residents in the
- 08:01 land before 1948 and they needed a place to worship, a place of
- 08:07 freedom without any danger from any other nations.
- 08:11 Joshua: God always makes something beautiful out of
- 08:13 something horrible, and out of the horrors of the Holocaust,
- 08:17 6.5 million Jews massacred, God created a miracle.
- 08:21 You see, the nation state of Israel might have never formed
- 08:24 without that event, why?
- 08:25 Because the Jews needed a reason to form this state.
- 08:28 They needed a purpose, they needed protection, most of all,
- 08:31 they needed God.
- 08:33 If you're to listen to any interviews of Holocaust
- 08:36 survivors, watch documentaries, there's one prevailing common
- 08:39 theme, if you will.
- 08:41 It's that because of all the atrocities that they faced, most
- 08:44 of the Jews that came out of the Holocaust, their hearts were
- 08:46 hard and calloused.
- 08:48 They questioned the existence of a God who would allow such
- 08:50 atrocities to happen to their people, and out of that many
- 08:54 became atheists, many became secular Jews.
- 08:57 Caleb: So, out of that destruction that the enemy meant
- 09:01 for evil, God brought about something good.
- 09:04 As you know, this formation of a Jewish state once again would
- 09:08 give them hope, and that's why if you've heard the term
- 09:11 "hatikvah," the hope, it's actually the Jewish
- 09:14 national anthem.
- 09:15 It was based upon a poem written in 1877.
- 09:18 The lyrics, if you read the original poem, are quite epic,
- 09:20 talking about the Jewish yearning to return to the Bible
- 09:23 lands of the Sea of Galilee, you know, the Jordan River, all
- 09:27 these amazing places, Jerusalem, but I would like to read to you
- 09:31 the lyrics of the song today of "Hatikvah," that
- 09:34 national anthem.
- 09:35 Listen to what it has to say.
- 09:37 "As long as in the heart, within, the Jewish soul yearns,
- 09:42 and towards the ends of the east, the Jewish eyes gazes
- 09:45 to Zion.
- 09:47 Our hope is not yet lost, the hope of two thousand years, to
- 09:51 be a free nation in our own land.
- 09:54 The land of Zion and Jerusalem.
- 09:59 Josh, it's Shabbat, no chips.
- 10:01 Joshua: I can't have any?
- 10:03 Caleb: Nope, Shabbat, Shabbat shalom.
- 10:10 Not only would God return the Jews to the land of Israel, but
- 10:14 under their care he would bless the land, he would make it
- 10:18 fruitful and bountiful like you see all around us.
- 10:21 You know, during the times that the land was under occupation by
- 10:24 invaders, say back to the times of the Romans, and then you had
- 10:28 the crusaders, you had the Muslims and Mamluks and Ayubids
- 10:33 and Ottomans and even all the way the British, the land was
- 10:37 desolate, the trees were felled and harvested, no one cultivated
- 10:42 the land, no one made it fruitful and bountiful.
- 10:45 It was just desolation and destruction everywhere.
- 10:47 Joshua: But desolate destruction and desert wasn't all there was.
- 10:50 In fact, Tel Aviv was very famous for its swamp land, where
- 10:53 literally all they had was destruction and mosquitoes and
- 10:57 sand dunes.
- 10:58 Mark Twain famously visited there and actually spoke to that
- 11:00 in a quote about it.
- 11:02 But when you look at it now, this bustling metropolis that
- 11:05 it's become, it is a marvel in today in the Middle East, and
- 11:09 that prosperity and its fruitfulness is only because God
- 11:13 said it was going to happen.
- 11:16 Isaiah 35:1 through 2, "The wilderness and the wasteland
- 11:20 shall be glad for them, and the desert shall rejoice and blossom
- 11:23 as the rose.
- 11:25 It shall blossom abundantly, and rejoice even with joy
- 11:28 and singing."
- 11:29 Caleb: Isaiah 51:3, "For the Lord will comfort Zion.
- 11:33 He will comfort all her waste places.
- 11:35 He will make her wilderness like Eden and her desert like the
- 11:39 garden of the Lord.
- 11:40 Joy and gladness will be found in it.
- 11:42 Thanksgiving and the voice of melody."
- 11:48 And that is exactly what happened.
- 11:51 Even today, the Jews grow date palms in the desert, in
- 11:55 the wilderness.
- 11:56 You know, they invented drip irrigation so that with very
- 11:59 little rainwater they can sustain life, no matter the
- 12:03 situation or environment.
- 12:05 It's absolutely amazing, guys, that Israel's technology is
- 12:09 leaps and bounds over everybody in the world.
- 12:12 They are at the forefront of advancements in cyber
- 12:15 technology, in medical technology, inventing new
- 12:19 methods of healing and procedures to help people really
- 12:23 increase the quality of life for their daily needs.
- 12:26 Joshua: It's amazing, right now we're at what is known as a
- 12:29 shuk, it literally means market.
- 12:32 Anytime you think of a Middle Eastern setting of going
- 12:34 shopping, you picture this in Israel.
- 12:36 Yes, there's more modern malls and places you can shop, but
- 12:40 this right here, this houses all of the things that come
- 12:43 from Israel.
- 12:45 Look, nuts, vegetables, fruits, breads.
- 12:47 This is a visceral reminder that God has blessed this land from
- 12:51 the abundance that flows from it.
- 12:53 It's a miracle and it's delicious.
- 12:56 Caleb: Jeremiah 33:6 through 9, "Behold, I will bring it health
- 13:00 and healing.
- 13:02 I will heal them and reveal to them the abundance of peace
- 13:05 and truth.
- 13:06 And I will cause the captives of Judah and the captives of Israel
- 13:09 to return, and will rebuild those places as at the first.
- 13:14 I will cleanse them from all their iniquity by which they
- 13:16 have sinned against me, and I will pardon all their iniquities
- 13:20 by which they have sinned, and by which they have transgressed
- 13:23 against me.
- 13:24 Then it shall be to me a name of joy, a praise, and an honor
- 13:28 before all nations of the earth, who shall hear all the good that
- 13:32 I do to them.
- 13:33 They shall fear and tremble for all the goodness and all the
- 13:36 prosperity that I provide for it."
- 13:40 There are innumerable prophecies about the restoration of Israel
- 13:44 in the latter days, but one of the most important that I love
- 13:48 to teach about is a word of God to the prophet Ezekiel some
- 13:52 2,500 years ago.
- 13:54 You know this story, guys,
- 13:55 Ezekiel 37, the valley of the dry bones, the most
- 14:00 important reference that I can think of for God bringing the
- 14:03 children of Israel back to life.
- 14:04 Ezekiel's taken in the spirit to a valley full of dry bones,
- 14:09 death, and decay, and God tells him, "Son of man, prophesy to
- 14:13 these dry bones," and he does, and they come alive again and
- 14:17 flesh comes on them.
- 14:19 They're restored and they become a massive army.
- 14:22 And he says, "Son of man, these bones are the whole house
- 14:25 of Israel."
- 14:27 Let's read that scripture in Ezekiel 37:11 through 14.
- 14:32 "Then he said to me, 'Son of man, these bones are the whole
- 14:35 house of Israel.
- 14:36 They indeed say, 'Our bones are dry, our hope is lost, and we
- 14:40 ourselves are cut off.'
- 14:41 Therefore prophesy and say to them, 'Thus says the Lord God,
- 14:44 'Behold, O my people, I will open your graves and cause you
- 14:48 to come up from your graves, and bring you into the land
- 14:50 of Israel.
- 14:52 Then you shall know that I am the Lord, when I have opened
- 14:55 your graves, O my people, and brought you up from your graves.
- 14:58 I will put my Spirit in you, and you shall live, and I will place
- 15:01 you in your own land.
- 15:03 Then you shall know that I, the Lord, have spoken it and
- 15:07 performed it.'"
- 15:10 Joshua: And that is exactly what God did.
- 15:13 He went in and softened those hearts of stone, those hearts
- 15:16 that had been hardened because they felt like God had abandoned
- 15:19 them in those death camps, and in place of that hard heart, he
- 15:23 filled them with the Ruach Hako'desh, all they had to do
- 15:25 was accept his Son Yeshua as Savior to receive this gift.
- 15:31 Ezekiel 36:24 through 36, "For I will take you from among the
- 15:36 nations, gather you out of all countries, and bring you into
- 15:39 your own land.
- 15:41 Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you shall be clean.
- 15:44 I will cleanse you from all of your filthiness and from all
- 15:46 your idols.
- 15:48 I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you.
- 15:50 I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a
- 15:54 heart of flesh."
- 15:56 The rebirth of the state of Israel was the trigger point for
- 15:59 Israel to make Aliyah and return to the land.
- 16:02 Jews from all over the world returning to where they belong,
- 16:05 and then for these Jews to believe upon the God of Israel,
- 16:09 and then for those Hebrews to believe upon Israel's
- 16:12 Messiah, Yeshua.
- 16:15 Jeremiah 23:5 through 8, "'The days are coming,' declares the
- 16:18 Lord, 'When I will raise up for David a righteous Branch, a King
- 16:22 who will reign wisely and do what is just and right in
- 16:24 the land.
- 16:25 In his days Judah will be saved and Israel will live in safety.
- 16:29 This is the name by which he will be called the, Lord Our
- 16:32 Righteous Savior.
- 16:34 So then the days are coming,' declares the Lord, 'When people
- 16:36 will no longer say, 'As surely as the Lord lives, who brought
- 16:39 the Israelites up out of Egypt,' but they will say, 'As surely as
- 16:42 the Lord lives who brought the descendants of Israel up out of
- 16:46 the land of the north and out of all the countries where he had
- 16:49 banished them,' then they will live in their own land."
- 16:53 Caleb: We know that day is coming soon, but we're obviously
- 16:56 not there yet.
- 16:58 The Jews are here living in their land.
- 17:00 Look, it's modern, this is Tel Aviv, they're flourishing,
- 17:03 they're thriving, God's hand of blessing is upon them, but
- 17:06 Yeshua will not rule and reign from his throne in Jerusalem
- 17:10 until after the Tribulation.
- 17:13 But that doesn't stop us from preaching the gospel of Yeshua
- 17:17 to the Jewish people now.
- 17:19 They can still come to faith before they look upon him whom
- 17:21 they have pierced.
- 17:23 Joshua: It is incumbent unto us to speak the truth in love, to
- 17:26 stand up and to voice these prophetic things that we know to
- 17:29 be true.
- 17:30 You see, you have to stand in love.
- 17:32 It is love that is going to soften the hearts.
- 17:34 It is the goodness of God that leads man unto repentance,
- 17:36 that's what Romans says.
- 17:38 Right now is our opportunity when no one else in the world is
- 17:41 standing for Israel, when no one else is standing for the Jewish
- 17:43 people, to stand up, to show them the goodness of God, the
- 17:46 love of Yeshua, and watch their hearts change towards him.
- 17:54 Joshua: Twenty-four years ago I was standing at the bottom of an
- 17:57 amphitheater just like this in Ireland in the middle of a park.
- 18:01 I would come here on a regular basis with the team that I was
- 18:04 with, and I would preach at this certain time in the afternoon
- 18:06 and tell people about God's love.
- 18:09 One day, I saw at the top a young man staring and watching.
- 18:12 The Holy Spirit kind of signaled that I needed to talk to him, so
- 18:14 I came up and I said, "Hey, bud, have you listened to anything I
- 18:17 had to say?"
- 18:18 And he said, "Yeah."
- 18:19 I said, "Would you like to accept Jesus as your Lord and
- 18:21 Savior, Yeshua?"
- 18:22 And he said, "No."
- 18:24 I said, "That's okay," I said, "Is there anything I can pray
- 18:25 with you about?"
- 18:27 He said, "Yeah," he said, "I just got accepted into the
- 18:29 government apartment that I'm in and I have no furniture
- 18:31 whatsoever and I'm sleeping on the floor."
- 18:33 I said, "Well, that's amazing," I said, "God loves you and he
- 18:36 wants you not to have to sleep on the floor, so let me pray
- 18:38 with you about that."
- 18:39 And I prayed with him that God would bring him furniture.
- 18:41 See, at this time, this kid was 18 years old, he hadn't
- 18:43 graduated from high school because he dropped out, and
- 18:45 basically you couldn't even get a job as a trashman at that
- 18:48 point if you didn't have a degree for high school.
- 18:51 And so, you have to get on a long waiting list that could
- 18:53 take several months just to get into an apartment and that's
- 18:54 where he was at.
- 18:56 The very next day I was in the same spot preaching again, and I
- 18:59 saw him up there, and the Holy Spirit said go talk to him.
- 19:01 So, after I was done preaching, I went up and I talked to him
- 19:03 and I was like, "Hey, bud, how's it going?"
- 19:04 He said, "Well, I was asleep this morning and somebody
- 19:06 knocked on my door and they were a neighbor, and they said they
- 19:09 just got brand new furniture and they wanted to know if I wanted
- 19:11 any of their old furniture.
- 19:13 So, they give me a table and a chairs and a bed and a sofa,"
- 19:15 and I said, "That's amazing," I said, "I told you God loves you,
- 19:18 so would you like to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior?"
- 19:20 He said, "No, I'm not ready."
- 19:22 I said, "Well, is there anything else I can pray for you about?"
- 19:24 He said, "I was born with a condition on my spine.
- 19:26 I've lived in constant pain my entire life and the doctor said
- 19:28 there's nothing they could do about it."
- 19:30 And I said, "You know what?
- 19:31 I'm gonna pray for you about that because God wants to heal
- 19:33 that pain from your body," and so I prayed.
- 19:35 The next day I was down in the amphitheater again, I saw him up
- 19:39 there, but this time I could see there was emotion in his eyes,
- 19:41 and I went to him afterwards and I said, "Hey, bud, how's
- 19:43 it going?"
- 19:45 He said, "I woke up this morning, and for the first time
- 19:47 that I could ever remember, I didn't have pain in my body."
- 19:50 I said, "That's incredible," I said, "I told you that God's
- 19:52 your Father and he loves you and he wants to take care of you,
- 19:55 and he would love it if you would accept Yeshua as your Lord
- 19:58 and Savior," and he prayed with me that day.
- 20:01 You see, God wants to heal the hearts of stone.
- 20:04 He wants to come in where you've had pain, he wants to come in
- 20:07 where you have lack and need, and he wants to restore that, he
- 20:10 wants to fulfill that, and he wants to be the Savior and Lord
- 20:13 of your life.
- 20:15 That's how he reached that boy that day.
- 20:17 It took three days, but all I had to do was ask what was
- 20:22 important to him, not just go and try to shove doctorate of
- 20:25 theology down his throat.
- 20:26 I asked what was important to him, because what is important
- 20:28 to him is what is important to the Father.
- 20:31 And when we believed in faith, when I believed in faith praying
- 20:33 for him, God met that young man's needs.
- 20:36 When you go out today and God's calling you to minister to
- 20:39 others, to share his love with others, with Jewish people,
- 20:42 don't go out hitting people over the head with theology, go with
- 20:44 a heart of love like the Father would to see what the need is,
- 20:48 and your Father wants to fulfill that need, and watch him soften
- 20:51 the heart of those who need him.
- 20:57 Israel Hanna: Well, here we are at the oldest synagogue in
- 21:03 actually Israel, founded in 1926, The Great Synagogue they
- 21:07 call it.
- 21:09 And while we were there, there was a great multitude of people
- 21:11 sitting down outside, and I thought about going up the
- 21:15 stairs and talking to them, and I was very reluctant because
- 21:20 it's of course a very conservative place, and yet I
- 21:23 walked up there, of course, and I said to them, "Let my people
- 21:27 go," and not expecting--not knowing what to expect, but they
- 21:32 all stood up, literally, and cheered and said thank you, and
- 21:37 I got a chance to talk to them, to tell them that we are
- 21:40 Christians that come and love your country, we come to pray
- 21:43 for you, we come to pray that Hashem will pour out his
- 21:45 blessings upon you, we are here to support you.
- 21:49 And they said, well, you need to pray for--you need to pray for
- 21:53 your president, and I said, we do need to pray for our
- 21:56 president and we need to pray for our leaders all over the
- 22:00 world, in fact, including Bibi Netanyahu and the Prime Minister
- 22:04 of this country here.
- 22:06 They're all struggling to maintain some type of sanity, I
- 22:10 believe, and work out some sort of peace that will help bless
- 22:15 the land of Israel and the world, actually, because as goes
- 22:18 Israel, so goes the world.
- 22:20 This is Israel Hanna saying thank you and have a good day.
- 22:28 Joshua: Behind me is Tkuma Site, it is a memorial created by
- 22:32 Israel for those who lost their lives on October 7th.
- 22:35 These burned, mangled, shot-up vehicles are the vehicles of
- 22:38 everyone who lost their life that day.
- 22:40 A horrific tragedy, yet to see this spectacle is overwhelming,
- 22:47 understanding the quantity of lives that were taken.
- 22:50 Caleb: So imagine, guys, one car per life at least, some more
- 22:55 lives, families that were burned alive, some were shot and then
- 23:01 burned in their cars.
- 23:02 We know because we saw the footage, body cam footage.
- 23:05 It wasn't something like in World War II where the Nazis
- 23:08 were trying to hide what they were doing to keep from being
- 23:11 tried for war crimes.
- 23:12 They were proud of what they were doing here.
- 23:14 They wanted the world to see, some even livestreamed it so
- 23:17 that everybody could watch as they massacred the
- 23:19 Jewish people.
- 23:21 Joshua: Today is a special day for Israelis, known as Yom
- 23:24 HaZikaron, Remembrance Day for the fallen soldiers of the wars
- 23:28 of Israel and victims of actions of terrorism.
- 23:32 This will be the first time the Jewish people honor the IDF
- 23:34 soldiers who have died in their battle with Hamas in Gaza and
- 23:38 Hezbollah on the borders of Lebanon.
- 23:41 They will also pay their respects to the many who were
- 23:44 brutally murdered on October 7.
- 23:46 We've been invited to join the ceremony with the IDF here, to
- 23:50 stand side by side in unity and show our support.
- 23:55 It was an incredible honor to be in Israel on their Independence
- 23:59 Day, to remember how God fulfilled his words spoken by
- 24:03 his prophets.
- 24:04 It was a solemn time for Israelis.
- 24:06 As you saw, we gathered with the IDF soldiers at the Burnt Car
- 24:09 Memorial, but the fact that we all could gather is evidence
- 24:13 that Satan failed in his plot to once again remove the Jewish
- 24:17 people from their land.
- 24:19 Caleb: That's right, Israel has been reborn, guys, never to be
- 24:22 uprooted from their land again, says the Lord, and that rebirth
- 24:25 of the nation state obviously is an important metaphor that God
- 24:28 is using to point his chosen people to their Messiah, Yeshua.
- 24:32 See, back in the first century there was a Pharisee named
- 24:34 Nicodemus who was afraid to be associated with Yeshua, so he
- 24:38 secretly came to Yeshua at night because he believed that this
- 24:41 man was more than a man.
- 24:42 But what Jesus said confused him quite a bit.
- 24:45 In John 3:3 through 6, "Jesus answered and said to him, 'Most
- 24:49 assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see
- 24:53 the kingdom of God.'
- 24:55 Nicodemus said to him, 'How can a man be born when he is old?
- 24:58 Can he enter a second time into his mother's womb and be born?'
- 25:02 Jesus answered, 'Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born
- 25:05 of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom
- 25:09 of God.'"
- 25:10 It's very cool, Josh, as some translations say, "Born from
- 25:12 above instead of born again."
- 25:14 See, the Greek word used in Scripture for reborn is
- 25:17 "anóthen," meaning by analogy from the first, by implication,
- 25:22 anew, from above, again, from the beginning, very first,
- 25:26 the top.
- 25:27 It's all something that's different, new, not just a
- 25:29 restored aspect.
- 25:30 Joshua: I'm glad that everybody else understands that word, and
- 25:33 I like the definition of it.
- 25:34 You know, he can do the same thing in our lives.
- 25:36 That's what I take from that whole story.
- 25:38 To be born again isn't just a return to birth, but it's God
- 25:42 making you new from the beginning.
- 25:43 Your spirit is dead in its own trespasses and sin from the sins
- 25:48 of the very first Adam that we inherit genetically.
- 25:51 All of us are born in sin, and all of us have sinned and fallen
- 25:54 short of the glory of God, but by the blood of Yeshua, the dead
- 25:58 spirit-man is made new.
- 25:59 When we are born of the Spirit, we are given the authority of
- 26:02 Yeshua by his blood.
- 26:04 1 John 5:4 through 5 says, "For whatever is born of God
- 26:07 overcomes the world.
- 26:09 And this is the victory that has overcome the world, our faith.
- 26:14 Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that
- 26:17 Jesus is the Son of God?"
- 26:19 Caleb: Whoo, Josh, it is time, it's time for us, it's time for
- 26:22 you today to make that choice, to choose to be born anew or to
- 26:26 choose to follow God.
- 26:28 You may have already received him as your Lord and Savior, but
- 26:30 do you follow him?
- 26:31 Do you listen to his every direction?
- 26:33 You know, to choose Messiah Yeshua and receive that rebirth
- 26:36 is very important, just as Israel has been restored and it
- 26:40 has been reborn, but they need to know Yeshua is their Messiah.
- 26:43 There is no other way to receive atonement.
- 26:45 I know many Jewish people are looking forward to this
- 26:48 ceremony, this sacrifice of the red heifer.
- 26:51 They believe, Josh, that those ashes are going to bring them
- 26:53 redemption, but redemption only comes through Yeshua.
- 26:57 Joshua: Please, please continue to check out all the things this
- 27:00 ministry has to offer.
- 27:01 This television show is condensed in such a short time
- 27:04 period, but on social media we have additional programing, we
- 27:06 have additional Bible lessons, a monthly newsletter.
- 27:08 There's so much content that you can absorb in your journey to
- 27:11 know more about the Father and his heart for you, so we implore
- 27:15 you to continue to check that out and ask the
- 27:16 Father how you can be a part
- 27:18 of blessing this ministry as well.
- 27:19 That's right, and join us next week, and as you go, remember to
- 27:23 pray [speaking in Hebrew].
- 27:25 Joshua: Pray for the peace of Jerusalem.
- 27:30 male announcer: Our resource this week, the book "What Should
- 27:32 We Think about Israel?"
- 27:34 How do you separate fact from fiction in the Middle
- 27:37 East conflict?
- 27:38 Theologian, archaeologist, and research author Randall Price
- 27:42 provides objective facts about Israel's past, present,
- 27:45 and future.
- 27:46 Look past the heated debates and discern for yourself what is
- 27:49 important to know about Israel and how that affects you today.
- 27:53 Contact us and ask for the book, "What Should We Think
- 27:56 About Israel?"
- 28:00 Caleb: Well, we are here at Tel Ashkelon, and this is a very
- 28:03 important location because something important happened
- 28:06 here, and we'll get to that later in the story.
- 28:08 male: And people can watch TV and have opinions, but when
- 28:10 you're in the midst of it to fight for your very children's
- 28:13 lives in your home, you don't want that.
- 28:16 Caleb: It's doomsday, you're really dealing with life and
- 28:18 death scenarios every day, and it seems like people want to
- 28:22 kill you everywhere you go.
- 28:23 Joshua: There is only one truth and that is Yeshua Hamashiach,
- 28:28 Jesus the Messiah.
