Bible teaching with an emphasis on Israel, prophecy and the Jewish roots of Christianity
Series: “Signs of the End”
The peace agreement between Israel and the PLO signed on September 13, 1993, was prophetically significant. In response to this “Land for Peace” deal, this series provides important historical context as peace for Israel remains elusive. Some of the material in these programs will be dated.
In this program, Zola Levitt saw the signing of the declarations of principles, known as the first Oslo Accord as a sign of the end times predicted in the Bible. We hear from a spokesperson from the Yesha council, Israelis unhappy with the decision, and Jan Willem van Dehoeven.
In this program, Zola Levitt goes to Jericho to present its Biblical, Historical, and Political significance in light of the 1993 Oslo Accord. Jericho’s mayor and a Jewish couple from Anathoth provide their perspectives about this agreement and their view of their future.
Protests occurred in Israel to oppose the 1993 Oslo Accord. The plan called for the Israeli Army to evacuate from all Jewish settlements in Judea and Samaria, also known as the West Bank. We hear from people protesting and those who live in the areas under contention, but also people in the modern part of Jerusalem.
