Caption transcript for Roadmap to Armageddon: “Redemption and Judgment” (10/10)

  • 00:08 Joshua Colson: In the last days,
  • 00:10 the mountain of the Lord's Temple will be established as the highest of the mountains.
  • 00:13 Caleb Colson: Everyone must appear before the righteous
  • 00:15 judge, Yeshua, and we, the bride, get to appear before the
  • 00:19 bema, the judgment seat of Christ.
  • 00:21 But for those Old Testament people and the people during
  • 00:24 the tribulation, they have to appear before a different
  • 00:27 judgment, the sheep and goats judgment.
  • 00:28 Caleb: The people are dying and going to hell, eternal
  • 00:31 separation from the Father.
  • 00:32 ♪♪♪
  • 00:40 David Hart: We thank you so much for joining us today.
  • 00:42 We hope you've been with us through this whole series.
  • 00:45 It's been good news.
  • 00:47 It's been some not so good news.
  • 00:48 Today, I think, as we finish this out, maybe some good
  • 00:51 news, yes?
  • 00:53 Kirsten Hart: It's been intense and today is--
  • 00:54 David: Yeah, that's a good word.
  • 00:55 Kirsten: Judgment, right?
  • 00:57 Oh, that's intense too.
  • 00:58 Caleb: But redemption too.
  • 01:00 Kirsten: Okay, thank you.
  • 01:01 That's--that's good news.
  • 01:02 Joshua: There's a lot of good but, you know, with
  • 01:04 all the good, there has to be some bad too.
  • 01:05 So at the very end, we all have to go before that judgment
  • 01:08 as you spoke of.
  • 01:09 That is part of the process.
  • 01:10 But after the judgment, you're gonna see it's so far worth
  • 01:14 the price.
  • 01:15 Caleb: And I find it interesting that we started our journey in
  • 01:17 Israel the first night of Sukkot, of the Feast
  • 01:21 of Tabernacles.
  • 01:22 And we're ending this story with tabernacling Yeshua.
  • 01:25 You know, he's finally ruling and tabernacling with man.
  • 01:28 It's deep.
  • 01:29 It's awesome.
  • 01:30 David: It is.
  • 01:32 Let's go there right now.
  • 01:33 The guys are in Israel on location.
  • 01:43 Caleb: Man, Josh, I'm still so excited from last week's
  • 01:47 episode, I have no appetite.
  • 01:49 I can't eat.
  • 01:51 Joshua: Yeah.
  • 01:52 Yeah, me too.
  • 01:53 Caleb: I mean, it's like with Yeshua and Satan and he just
  • 01:56 always wins, good always triumphs.
  • 01:58 It's kind of like, you know, that Luke Skywalker and
  • 02:01 the emperor, you can't top that.
  • 02:02 Joshua: Is this gonna be one of those things where you have
  • 02:04 to have a dancing with all the short wookies in the forest?
  • 02:07 Caleb: That's ewoks.
  • 02:08 Caleb: I'm actually kind of impressed with Josh's "Star
  • 02:10 Wars" reference, even though it was wrong but still, dancing
  • 02:13 teddy bears look ridiculous.
  • 02:15 Caleb: Wait, oh wait, it's Jeff.
  • 02:18 He has a video for us.
  • 02:20 See what we gotta do today.
  • 02:23 Dr. Jeffrey Seif: Well, guys, roadmap to Armageddon.
  • 02:27 It looks like we've made it to the destination.
  • 02:30 The question is what happens next.
  • 02:34 I know you're gonna tell us.
  • 02:36 My wife tells me, "Jeffrey, it's time to take out the trash,"
  • 02:39 and that's exactly what we see.
  • 02:41 The Lord shows up in town and it's time to displace the
  • 02:46 wicked forces.
  • 02:48 Barri says, "Take out the trash and let's clean up the house,"
  • 02:51 and so it is.
  • 02:52 Tell us a story about how the Lord represents on planet Earth,
  • 02:56 takes out the trash, and then cleans house in the household
  • 03:00 of God.
  • 03:02 Joshua: Oh, perfect man.
  • 03:04 Let's do it.
  • 03:10 Caleb: Revelation 19:20 through 21: "Then the beast was captured
  • 03:14 and with him, the false prophet who worked signs in his
  • 03:17 presence, by which he deceived those who received the mark of
  • 03:21 the beast and those who worshiped his image.
  • 03:23 These two were cast alive into the lake of fire burning
  • 03:27 with brimstone."
  • 03:28 Caleb: You know, Josh, there's a reason that the beast and
  • 03:30 the false prophet, these two Nephilim hybrids are not killed
  • 03:34 by Yeshua but cast alive into the lake of fire, which is
  • 03:37 called the second death.
  • 03:38 I mean, this is the ultimate punishment.
  • 03:41 A lesser punishment would be to die like the Nephilim of old,
  • 03:44 they were killed with the flood.
  • 03:46 That was the first death.
  • 03:47 That's not as cool as the second death.
  • 03:49 Some of those disembodied spirits were bound in hell.
  • 03:51 But the key to why God doesn't want them to die is in Isaiah
  • 03:55 chapter 26:14.
  • 03:56 It says: "They are now dead, they live no more; with departed
  • 04:00 spirits the Rephaim do not rise.
  • 04:02 You punished them and brought them to ruin; You wiped out all
  • 04:06 memory of them."
  • 04:07 Joshua: The Rephaim were Nephilim but in the land of
  • 04:10 Canaan where they lived, they had very pale skin.
  • 04:12 In Hebrew, it literally meant the dead ones.
  • 04:14 Now, these dead ones, they don't receive a resurrection like
  • 04:17 everybody does because they're actual hybrid creatures.
  • 04:20 So that means everybody else, all the sinners, everybody that
  • 04:22 goes to the Great White Throne, but not these guys.
  • 04:24 And so Elohim wants them to be alive as long as possible, so
  • 04:27 they pay for their sins.
  • 04:29 But what happens to Satan?
  • 04:30 Caleb: Well, we gotta figure out.
  • 04:31 Let's read the scripture about what happens to the dragon.
  • 04:33 Joshua: Let's do it.
  • 04:37 Caleb: Revelation 20:1 through 3: "Then I saw an angel coming
  • 04:41 down from heaven, having the key to the bottomless pit and a
  • 04:45 great chain in his hand.
  • 04:46 He laid hold of the dragon, that serpent of old, who is the devil
  • 04:50 and Satan, and bound him for 1000 years, and he cast him into
  • 04:55 the bottomless pit and shut him up and set a seal on him so that
  • 04:59 he should deceive the nations no more till the 1000 years
  • 05:02 were finished."
  • 05:04 Caleb: Guys, we're here on the eastern slope of the
  • 05:07 Temple Mount.
  • 05:09 You know, we're heading to the Eastern Gate this way and
  • 05:12 directly across is the Mount of Olives to my left.
  • 05:16 Now, in scripture, we know that Yeshua ascended into heaven from
  • 05:19 the Mount of Olives.
  • 05:20 Acts 1:11, these two angels come and say, "Hey guys, he's gonna
  • 05:24 come back the same way that he came, with his feet stepping on
  • 05:28 the Mount of Olives."
  • 05:29 Well, Zechariah 14, verse 4 and 8 says, "And in that day, his
  • 05:33 feet will stand on the Mount of Olives which faces Jerusalem on
  • 05:36 the east and the Mount of Olives shall be split in two from east
  • 05:39 to west, making a very large valley.
  • 05:42 Half of the mountain shall move toward the North, and half of it
  • 05:45 toward the South."
  • 05:46 The entire terrain of Israel is going to change, flattening the
  • 05:50 whole Earth, but this mountain is going to be raised up, as is
  • 05:53 described in Zechariah 14:10 through 11: "All the land shall
  • 05:57 be turned into a plain from Geba to Rimmon, south of Jerusalem.
  • 06:01 Jerusalem shall be raised up and the people shall dwell in it and
  • 06:05 no longer shall there be utter destruction.
  • 06:07 But Jerusalem shall be safely inhabited."
  • 06:10 Joshua: That seven-fault earthquake will flatten every
  • 06:13 mountain on the Earth, but Jerusalem will be raised up.
  • 06:15 Caleb: That Temple Mount will become Mount Eden again, the
  • 06:18 Mount of Congregation.
  • 06:19 Isaiah 2:2 says, "In the last days, the mountain of the LORD's
  • 06:22 temple will be established as the highest of the mountains.
  • 06:25 It'll be exalted above the hills, and all the nations will
  • 06:28 stream to it."
  • 06:29 Just as that river flowed down from Elian's throne down Mount
  • 06:33 Eden and split at the base of the garden, the living waters
  • 06:36 will return again.
  • 06:37 Zechariah 14:8 says, "In that day, it shall be that living
  • 06:41 water shall flow from Yerushalayim, half of them
  • 06:43 towards the eastern sea and half of them towards the
  • 06:46 western sea."
  • 06:47 Joel 3:18 says, "A fountain shall flow from the house of the
  • 06:50 Lord and water from the valley of the acacias."
  • 06:52 Caleb: Ezekiel 47 describes the river again.
  • 06:56 It--when the mountains split, it comes out and fills
  • 07:00 the valley.
  • 07:02 It comes from the throne of God and it gives life to everything
  • 07:05 it touches.
  • 07:06 Trees of life return again, just like in the Garden of Eden.
  • 07:08 They grow on the banks, giving life to everything it touches.
  • 07:11 And I think we need to go visit that Eastern Gate right now and
  • 07:14 see a close-up of what's about to happen in the future.
  • 07:17 Joshua: I kind of want to see the bells but yeah, we'll do
  • 07:20 the gate.
  • 07:21 The gate's fine, yeah.
  • 07:22 Joshua: Please tell me I'm not so old that I'm the only one
  • 07:25 that hears the bells.
  • 07:26 I can't be that guy.
  • 07:28 male: Good bells.
  • 07:29 Joshua: Yeah.
  • 07:30 Now there's definitely bells ringing.
  • 07:33 [bells tolling]
  • 07:49 Caleb: Now, look at that.
  • 07:51 The Eastern Gate, the Golden Gate, the Shushan Gate, the Gate
  • 07:54 of Mercy, so many names, Josh.
  • 07:57 But we know in Ezekiel 43:4 that Yeshua, after stepping from the
  • 08:01 Mount of Olives, is gonna head to this gate and that Ezekiel
  • 08:05 passage describes the glory of God finally returning through
  • 08:08 the Eastern Gate.
  • 08:09 He's talking about Yeshua and he's on his way to the Temple
  • 08:12 Mount to that temple, the abomination temple,
  • 08:16 the third temple.
  • 08:17 He's gonna cleanse it out, it's polluted, he's gonna destroy it
  • 08:20 and build his fourth temple.
  • 08:21 Joshua: I know what you're thinking.
  • 08:23 You've been thinking it for all ten episodes.
  • 08:25 When is somebody gonna tell him that we can see he's sweating.
  • 08:28 We already knew.
  • 08:30 We also knew that my hair does this in, literally, every scene.
  • 08:33 That's right, it's windy outside and I have curly hair.
  • 08:37 No, we do not have people to follow us around and dab us.
  • 08:40 I even tried multiple shirts.
  • 08:41 It didn't work.
  • 08:42 I sweat through everything.
  • 08:44 I'm in a 60-degree room and I'm sweating right now.
  • 08:45 I'm just not showing you.
  • 08:47 You didn't discover anything.
  • 08:48 We already had it figured out, but we still love you.
  • 08:51 I'm so sorry.
  • 08:53 Joshua: Now, I know you're thinking not everybody believes
  • 08:55 this stuff in history, but there's some people who are
  • 08:57 afraid of it.
  • 08:58 In 1541 AD an Ottoman sultan named Solomon the Magnificent
  • 09:02 was concerned.
  • 09:03 What if this Messiah actually does this?
  • 09:05 He has a brilliant idea.
  • 09:06 I'm gonna prevent him by sealing up the Eastern Gate.
  • 09:10 Now, you think, "That's a-- that's doesn't make any sense.
  • 09:13 Who would ever think that way?"
  • 09:14 Well, the Pharisees had a similar line of thought.
  • 09:16 They said, "Well, if we seal up the tomb of Yeshua and put
  • 09:21 guards outside of it, he won't be able to come back to
  • 09:23 life again.
  • 09:24 Genius."
  • 09:26 Caleb: Yeah, that's right.
  • 09:27 Put a rock, a seal, that's gonna stop the Son of God.
  • 09:30 Not happening.
  • 09:31 Caleb: But the important part of scripture we see throughout
  • 09:34 prophecy, the thing that all the Jews are waiting for, is that
  • 09:38 moment where God says the whole house of Israel is gonna be
  • 09:41 saved, they're gonna be restored to their land.
  • 09:43 And Romans 11:25 through 26 describes this.
  • 09:47 Joshua: Romans 11:25 and 26: "For I do not desire, brethren,
  • 09:51 that you should be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be
  • 09:54 wise in your own opinion, that blindness in part has happened
  • 09:57 to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in.
  • 10:01 And so all Israel will be saved, as it is written: The deliverer
  • 10:04 will come out of Zion and he will turn away ungodliness
  • 10:07 from Jacob.
  • 10:09 For this is my covenant with them when I take away
  • 10:11 their sins."
  • 10:13 Joshua: The fullness of the Gentiles is coming to completion
  • 10:15 with the conclusion of the Rapture.
  • 10:17 And at the end of the Tribulation, all of the house of
  • 10:20 Israel who have survived will make it into Messiah's kingdom.
  • 10:23 Now, those of the house of Israel who died during the age
  • 10:26 of the law, they don't all get a free pass.
  • 10:29 If you lived wickedly, if you died in sin, there was not that
  • 10:32 provision for you at that time.
  • 10:34 Caleb: That's true guys.
  • 10:35 Remember, during the age of the law, whether you were a Jew or
  • 10:38 a Gentile, if you were wicked, you were sent to hell.
  • 10:40 Now, those who are righteous, who are justified by faith, they
  • 10:44 went to Abraham's bosom.
  • 10:46 Now, when Yeshua died, he went to Abraham's bosom and Ephesians
  • 10:50 4:8 through 10 says that "he preached to those saints who
  • 10:53 were captive, he led captivity captive.
  • 10:56 Upon his resurrection, he took them to heaven to be with
  • 10:58 his Father."
  • 11:00 But Josh, there's still a matter of judgment.
  • 11:02 Caleb: Guys, talking about Armageddon is, like, my favorite
  • 11:04 subject, but a hot number two: Judgment.
  • 11:08 Who can't like it?
  • 11:09 Joshua: You're such a weirdo.
  • 11:11 Who likes judgment?
  • 11:12 Caleb: It's cool.
  • 11:13 Bad guys get what they have coming to them, you know?
  • 11:18 Caleb: Everyone must appear before the righteous judge,
  • 11:20 Yeshua, and we, the bride, get to appear before the bema, the
  • 11:24 judgment seat of Christ.
  • 11:25 But for those Old Testament people and the people during the
  • 11:28 tribulation, they have to appear before a different judgment, the
  • 11:31 sheep and goats judgment, and believe it or not, it occurs
  • 11:34 right over there.
  • 11:37 Joshua: Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, you might not
  • 11:40 have known that Caleb and I have a background in musical theater.
  • 11:43 That's right, we've been in musicals literally since high
  • 11:45 school, which might explain why we present everything
  • 11:50 like this...
  • 11:53 Joshua: Lebanon. Joshua: Nazareth.
  • 11:56 Caleb: Syria is right there, guys.
  • 11:59 Joshua: And this one place of Magdalen.
  • 12:01 Caleb: It was this mountain behind us.
  • 12:03 Joshua: The fortress of Nimrod.
  • 12:05 Caleb: This is a platform.
  • 12:07 Caleb: But we finally found it where--
  • 12:11 Caleb: Directly across from us is Har Habayit.
  • 12:13 The Jewish people worship at the Western Wall.
  • 12:15 Caleb: And this is the conclusion of the Seed of Life,
  • 12:18 that is at the end of the tunnel.
  • 12:20 Caleb: The--behind me, this may be the path that
  • 12:22 the Jews take.
  • 12:24 Caleb: When he gathers his armies and they camp out right
  • 12:26 here in the Valley of Jezreel.
  • 12:29 Caleb: This is fun stuff.
  • 12:30 Joshua: Joel 3:1 through 2: "For behold in those days and at that
  • 12:34 time, when I bring back the captives of Judah and Jerusalem,
  • 12:37 I will also gather all nations and bring them down to the
  • 12:40 Valley of Jehoshaphat and I will enter into judgment with them
  • 12:44 there on account of my people, my heritage Israel, whom they
  • 12:48 have scattered among the nations.
  • 12:50 They have also divided up my land."
  • 12:53 Joshua: Guys, we're here at the Kidron Valley and I need to
  • 12:55 clear up an elephant in the room.
  • 12:56 I need to know how every person that survives and all
  • 12:59 the spirits of the dead are supposed to fit in that tiny
  • 13:01 valley right there.
  • 13:03 Caleb: You got a point, Josh.
  • 13:04 Joshua: Doesn't make any sense to me.
  • 13:05 Joshua: Joel 3:14 says, "Multitudes, multitudes in the
  • 13:07 valley of decision."
  • 13:09 I mean, it's not literally possible, right?
  • 13:10 I know we've talked about in the past how there's gonna be
  • 13:12 a topographical change here in Israel.
  • 13:14 And I know that most Bible scholars believe that the Kidron
  • 13:17 is the Valley of Jehoshaphat, but there's really no biblical
  • 13:19 evidence to back that up.
  • 13:20 We do know, however, that when Yeshua comes down, he's gonna
  • 13:23 touch his foot down on the Mount of Olives, split it in two, and
  • 13:26 a new giant valley is gonna be formed.
  • 13:28 Caleb: That makes sense.
  • 13:29 Joshua: That's the one of Jehoshaphat.
  • 13:31 Caleb: Joel 3:12: "Let the nations be wakened, and come up
  • 13:34 to the Valley of Jehoshaphat; for there I will sit to judge
  • 13:36 all the surrounding nations."
  • 13:38 Now many claim that this judgment of the sheep of goats
  • 13:41 is for the goy only, the Gentiles.
  • 13:43 But why would Yeshua, over and over again, speak about the
  • 13:46 sheep and goats in his parables?
  • 13:48 He said he was sent to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
  • 13:51 I believe he was preaching this message over and over again to
  • 13:54 try to make those lost sheep to become found sheep.
  • 13:57 He was giving them the key, the access, to know how to enter his
  • 14:01 Father's kingdom.
  • 14:02 They have to go before that judgment as well, just as
  • 14:05 anybody else.
  • 14:06 Everybody has to appear before the judgment.
  • 14:08 Caleb: Daniel 12:1 through 3 says, "And at that time, your
  • 14:11 people shall be delivered, every one who is found written in the
  • 14:15 book and many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall
  • 14:18 awake, some to everlasting life, some to shame and
  • 14:21 everlasting contempt.
  • 14:23 Those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the
  • 14:26 firmament, and those who turn many to righteousness like the
  • 14:29 stars forever and ever."
  • 14:32 Joshua: Remember throughout time, there is only one way
  • 14:34 to salvation.
  • 14:36 That is through Yeshua.
  • 14:37 Daniel says that "many bodies will awake and be resurrected;
  • 14:40 however, many will not.
  • 14:42 And that everlasting contempt is the outer darkness that the
  • 14:45 spirits will be sent to."
  • 14:46 Matthew 25:30 says, "And cast the unprofitable servant into
  • 14:49 the outer darkness.
  • 14:50 There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth."
  • 14:53 Caleb: You're absolutely right, Josh.
  • 14:55 You know, everyone goes before the judgment.
  • 14:57 The dead go and they're judged before they are resurrected.
  • 15:01 So, after the sheep are judged correctly, they go into Yeshua's
  • 15:05 kingdom, then they receive their resurrected bodies, but the
  • 15:07 goats don't receive their resurrection.
  • 15:09 They go to hellfire, into outer darkness.
  • 15:13 Caleb: Matthew 25:31 through 33: "When the Son of Man comes in
  • 15:17 his glory and all the holy angels with him, then he will
  • 15:21 sit on the throne of his glory.
  • 15:23 All the nations will be gathered before him and he will separate
  • 15:26 them one from another as a shepherd divides his sheep from
  • 15:29 the goats, and he will set the sheep on the right hand, but the
  • 15:32 goats on the left."
  • 15:34 Verse 46: "And these will go into everlasting punishment,
  • 15:38 but the righteous into eternal life."
  • 15:42 Caleb: Just like Daniel said, "The righteous receive eternal
  • 15:45 life, but the wicked everlasting hellfire."
  • 15:49 It's not a good story, guys.
  • 15:51 You see, in Matthew 25:34 through 44, it explains that at
  • 15:55 the sheep and goats judgment, people will be judged according
  • 15:58 to how they treated Yeshua.
  • 16:00 What do you mean, how you treat Yeshua?
  • 16:02 How you treated Yeshua's people, the Jewish people.
  • 16:05 Now we know anti-Semitism is a big and heavy topic.
  • 16:08 It's always been from the dawn of time.
  • 16:10 So anybody who doesn't have the love of Yeshua in their hearts,
  • 16:13 I believe automatically inclines toward anti-Semitism.
  • 16:16 So it's gonna be a wallop of a judgment for Gentiles as well
  • 16:20 as there's a judgment for Jews before that.
  • 16:22 Joshua: Guys, all those who are martyred have already been
  • 16:25 judged and found worthy.
  • 16:27 They will be in Yeshua's kingdom.
  • 16:30 Caleb: Revelation 20:4 through 6 says, "I saw thrones and they
  • 16:33 sat on them and judgment was committed to them.
  • 16:35 Then I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their
  • 16:38 witness to Jesus and for the Word of God who had not
  • 16:41 worshiped the beast or his image and had not received his mark on
  • 16:44 their foreheads or on their hands and they lived and reigned
  • 16:46 with Christ for 1000 years."
  • 16:48 Guys, it's amazing.
  • 16:50 Those who die for Yeshua during the tribulation, wash their
  • 16:53 filthy robes in the blood of the Lamb and are made right standing
  • 16:57 with God.
  • 16:58 And after the sheep and goats judgment, they are resurrected,
  • 17:01 given glorified bodies.
  • 17:02 They enter into Yeshua's kingdom during the millennium and rule
  • 17:06 and reign with him.
  • 17:07 This is called the first resurrection.
  • 17:09 However, the wicked are not resurrected until the end of the
  • 17:13 millennium at the Great White Throne of Judgment.
  • 17:17 Revelation 20:5 through 6 says that "the rest of the dead did
  • 17:21 not live again until 1000 years were finished.
  • 17:24 This is the first resurrection.
  • 17:25 Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection.
  • 17:30 Over such the second death has no power but they shall be
  • 17:33 priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him
  • 17:36 1000 years."
  • 17:38 Joshua: It's interesting that we being the bride of the Messiah
  • 17:40 who are raptured before the Tribulation, we get our new
  • 17:43 bodies, our resurrected bodies, early.
  • 17:45 So even if we never die, we get to join in with Yeshua being the
  • 17:49 first resurrected of the dead.
  • 17:51 Caleb: And another special thing we receive is we don't live on
  • 17:54 the Earth during the millennium.
  • 17:55 We actually live in the New Jerusalem.
  • 17:57 I know this is kind of foreign to your thinking.
  • 17:59 But in Revelation 21:2, it talks about the New Jerusalem is
  • 18:04 actually the bride, and the angel says, "John, come,
  • 18:08 look over here, you see that, the New Jerusalem?"
  • 18:09 He points, he says, "That's the wife of the Lamb."
  • 18:12 We have that special position.
  • 18:14 Yeshua went to prepare a place for us.
  • 18:16 He was building that great city for us, that place where we're
  • 18:19 gonna live and reign with him.
  • 18:20 It doesn't mean we can't go to the Earth, you know, and meet
  • 18:23 people and and be there from time to time.
  • 18:25 But we are supposed to rule from heavenly places with him.
  • 18:29 Joshua: Philippians 3:20 to 21: "For our citizenship is in
  • 18:33 heaven from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior,
  • 18:36 the Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform our lowly body that it
  • 18:38 may be conformed to his glorious body according to the working by
  • 18:41 which he is able even to subdue all things to himself."
  • 18:46 It seems in this modern age, our focus is on what we can get to
  • 18:49 be more comfortable.
  • 18:50 Our whole idea is to live our lives so that we can retire in
  • 18:53 that comfort.
  • 18:54 But we were placed here with a purpose that was predestined
  • 18:57 before the foundations of this Earth and now is the time to
  • 19:00 fight the good fight of faith.
  • 19:01 This series isn't about shock and awe.
  • 19:03 It wasn't about entertainment value because of the beautiful
  • 19:06 shots or locations.
  • 19:07 It was about awakening us from that slumber to realize that
  • 19:11 people are dying and going to hell, eternal separation
  • 19:13 from the Father.
  • 19:15 If you do not do your job to stand up and to fight and show
  • 19:18 the love of Yeshua, stand against the forces of the enemy,
  • 19:21 and having done all to stand again.
  • 19:23 Now is our time in history.
  • 19:25 Now is the time that the people of Yeshua Hamashiach stand
  • 19:28 together and defend the true Messiah.
  • 19:32 Caleb: Amen.
  • 19:34 Revelation 22:16-17.
  • 19:36 "I, Jesus, have sent my angel to testify to you those things in
  • 19:39 the churches.
  • 19:41 I am the root and the offspring of David, the bright and morning
  • 19:43 star and the Spirit and the bride say, 'Come.'
  • 19:46 And let him who hears say, 'Come.'
  • 19:48 He who testifies to these things says, 'Surely I am coming
  • 19:52 quickly,'" amen.
  • 19:54 Even so, come, Lord Jesus.
  • 20:09 Joshua: When you used to see films in the theater and the
  • 20:11 actual film was over, it'd go, "thtt, thtt, thtt."
  • 20:15 You could hear that it was over, right?
  • 20:16 So what happens in the end?
  • 20:18 The millennial reign?
  • 20:19 Everything's happened in the story.
  • 20:20 We just finished it.
  • 20:22 So do we really just sit on puffy clouds playing harps and
  • 20:24 enjoying God's presence by doing absolutely nothing for eternity?
  • 20:27 Caleb: I don't think so.
  • 20:29 And so we discussed with an expert, Dr. Andy Woods, what is
  • 20:33 life going to be like for believers during the millennium?
  • 20:36 You're gonna enjoy what he has to say.
  • 20:40 Dr. Andy Woods: Well, I think the simplest way to explain the
  • 20:43 millennium is to go to a passage most people don't go to right
  • 20:47 away, for whatever reason, to defend the doctrine.
  • 20:50 Most people go right to Revelation 20.
  • 20:53 But--which is a very important text, but I'm gonna go to
  • 20:56 Genesis 1 as a foundation and, you know, it's in Genesis
  • 21:01 chapter 1 that you have God ruling over the first Adam who
  • 21:06 has a wife--along with his wife, the two of them are
  • 21:09 governing, you know, Creation for God.
  • 21:12 And that's where you see, and I'm thinking of around verses
  • 21:16 26 through 28, all that dominion language, you know,
  • 21:19 subdue, rule.
  • 21:21 So really, the goal of history is how that structure in Genesis
  • 21:26 1 is brought back and when it's all said and done, you're gonna
  • 21:31 have that same structure reemerge where God the Father is
  • 21:36 gonna be ruling over, this time, the last Adam, Yeshua, our Lord
  • 21:42 Jesus Christ, and he, along with his wife, the bride of
  • 21:47 Christ, right?
  • 21:48 The church, that's us, are gonna be governing Creation on
  • 21:53 his behalf.
  • 21:54 So, God cannot allow the Earth to go out of existence until he
  • 21:59 reclaims authority.
  • 22:01 And so that's sort of the goal of history.
  • 22:03 It's the goal of scripture.
  • 22:05 It's where everything's moving towards.
  • 22:07 And obviously, there's a lot of details in between.
  • 22:10 But that's kind of the big picture.
  • 22:14 Kirsten: We've got good news.
  • 22:15 There's an old song that says, "Good news, good news, good
  • 22:18 news, good news.
  • 22:19 Let's all tell the world about it."
  • 22:21 That's an old song that we've sung, but we're here.
  • 22:24 Yeshua is coming to set up his kingdom.
  • 22:28 Abomination, desolation, all that is gone.
  • 22:30 And we have good news.
  • 22:32 Caleb: Because Yeshua is a good God and he wants us to know the
  • 22:36 end from the beginning.
  • 22:37 So we know the end plane, the end game of all things.
  • 22:40 He set it into motion and we are his children.
  • 22:42 He wants us to be a part of that.
  • 22:44 Kirsten: We really can't survive without hope.
  • 22:46 I mean, I think we're created that way that we need to know
  • 22:49 that there's a light at the end of the tunnel and it's coming
  • 22:52 through all the horrid end times.
  • 22:55 It's gonna end well.
  • 22:57 Joshua: That's right.
  • 22:58 Daniel 7:13 through 14 says, "I was watching in the
  • 23:00 night visions.
  • 23:01 And behold, One like the Son of Man, Coming with the clouds
  • 23:03 of heaven!
  • 23:05 He came to the Ancient of Days, And they brought Him near
  • 23:07 before Him.
  • 23:08 Then to Him was given dominion and glory and a kingdom.
  • 23:10 That all people, nations, and languages should serve Him.
  • 23:13 His dominion is an everlasting dominion.
  • 23:15 Which shall not pass away.
  • 23:17 And His kingdom the one Which shall not be destroyed."
  • 23:21 Caleb: That just excites me, guys.
  • 23:22 That's the Old Testament.
  • 23:24 He's talking about the Ancient of Days and Yeshua the Son of
  • 23:26 Man in the same passage and we get to rule and reign with him
  • 23:29 as it continues in verse 27.
  • 23:32 Joshua: Verse 27 says, "Then the kingdom and dominion, And the
  • 23:35 greatness of the kingdoms under the whole heaven, Shall be given
  • 23:38 to the people, the saints of the Most High.
  • 23:41 His kingdom is an everlasting kingdom.
  • 23:43 And all dominion shall serve and obey Him."
  • 23:46 But what's so interesting about this verse and about Jesus,
  • 23:50 is the fact that sin does nothing but take from you.
  • 23:53 Sin offers every pleasure in the world, but in the end, sin robs
  • 23:57 you of everything you have and everything that the Father sent
  • 24:00 his Son to die for you to have.
  • 24:02 We, all the time, say, "I don't know why I was born.
  • 24:05 What's my identity?
  • 24:06 What's this?"
  • 24:07 And we seek after it, and all of these things that bring us
  • 24:09 this temporary pleasure to this flesh.
  • 24:12 But yet the verse says right here in Daniel that when Yeshua
  • 24:15 comes and he's earned his kingdom, he freely shares it
  • 24:19 with all of his children.
  • 24:21 All those who have said, "I choose to serve you."
  • 24:24 Today is the day that you get to decide whether or not you're
  • 24:28 gonna continue to serve your flesh, be ravaged by sin and
  • 24:32 then abandoned for eternity, or whether or not you're gonna bow
  • 24:35 your knee and humbly submit to Yeshua Hamashiach, Jesus the
  • 24:40 Messiah, because he's waiting for you today and he loves you
  • 24:43 with all of his heart.
  • 24:44 Kirsten: He does, he loves the world.
